NO returns will be accepted without a return |

all returns. |

box. |

Parts
must be in the original packages. No substitutions

accepted.
No writing of any kind is allowed on the packages |

vendors
will not accept returns with writing on them or not in |
|
|
be
in original packaging. |

|

Street
& Track Import Accessories must be contacted
within 3 |
|
|
days
for any returns or problems. No returns will be
accepted |
|
|
after
10 days, no exceptions. |
|
|
|
|

|
If
the return is not the fault of Street & Track
Import |
|
|
there
will be a 25% restock fee. We also are charged a
restock |
|
|
Accessories
fee by our vendors. |
|
|
|
|

|
Street
& Track Import Accessories reserves the right to
change |
|
|
any
prices due to typographical (or other) errors. |
|
|
|
|

|
ALL
ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED PREPAID. We will not
accept |
|
|
any
COD's on returned parts. |
|
|

WARRANTY
BY MANUFACTURER ONLY. If we did not |
|
|
manufacture
it, we do not repair or replace it, the manufacturer |
|
|
does,
but we
will coordinate it. |

|
|
|

|
The
manufacturer is responsible for all repairs
and |
|
|
replacement
of the items, not Street & Track Import |
|
|
Accessories. |
|
|
|
|

|
We
can call the manufacturer and explain the situation,
but we |
|
|
can't
warranty or replace the item, they do. |
|
|
|
|

|
We
will fax or call them and notify them that an item
is |
|
|
coming
back from you, but we don't, and won't replace
the |
|
|
item
unless notified by the manufacturer. |
|
DAMAGE
CLAIMS: |
|
|
|
|

|
All
claims for loss or damage in transit must be made to
the |
|
|
carrier
at the time of delivery. |
|
|
|
|

|
You
have to tell the UPS person or other carrier, at the
time |
|
|
delivery,
that the item is damaged the same day the item is |
|
|
delivered.
You can't wait two or three days to file a claim. The |
|
|
insurance
on shipped parts is with the carrier, not Street & |
|
|
Track
Import Accessories. |
|
|
|
|

|
The
original box or package must be kept for the carrier
to |
|
|
inspect.
Don't throw anything away. Keep it in the original box |
|
|
with
all of the packing materials. This especially applies
to |
|
|
fiberglass
and carbon fiber parts. |
|
SHIPMENT
AND DELIVERY: |

Most
parts come from around the World and are made under a |
|
|
supply
and demand basis only. Please allow 8-12 weeks for |
|
|
delivery,
depending on season and demand. All orders may |
|
|
take
longer. We ship UPS or U.S. mail. In stock parts will
be |
|
|
shipped
within two business days. |
|

has no control over the use of any part on any |

bike.
Street & Track Import Accessories, therefore,
expects the |

customer
to exercise good judgment as to the proper
selection, |

installation,
use, and maintenance of any part. Street &
Track |

Import
Accessories assumes no responsibility for damage
or |
|
|
injury
of any kind because of misuse or improper application
of |
|
|
any
parts in any way by any person. By placing an order
with |
|
|
Street
& Track Import Accessories, you agree with and |
|
|
accept
the terms of our Product Installation/Fitment Policy. |

SPECIAL
ORDERS:

special orders are prepaid and can not be returned

canceled. |

CANCELLATIONS:

Cancellation
of standard item orders must be received before |

the
shipment of goods or the restocking fee will apply. |
